This Subscription Policy applies to "Subscribe & Save" purchases on kavalah.com, operated by 93Ventures LLC ("Kavalah," "we," "us," or "our").
How Subscriptions Work
- When you select Subscribe & Save at checkout, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method and ship your selected products at the frequency you choose (for example, every 30 days) until you cancel.
- Subscription pricing (including any discount shown at checkout) applies for as long as your subscription stays active. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing a subscription price.
- Each renewal is processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Managing Your Subscription
You're in control. At any time before a renewal is processed, you can:
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Pause your subscription
- Change your edition, size, frequency, shipping address, or payment method
- Cancel your subscription entirely

Cancellation
There are no contracts, minimum commitments, or cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Charges that have already been processed are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. If an order has already shipped when you cancel, that order will still be delivered and your subscription will end after it.
Renewal Reminders
We'll email you a reminder before each renewal so there are no surprises. Please keep your email address and payment details up to date in your account.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll notify you and retry the charge. If the payment can't be completed, we'll pause your subscription until you update your payment method.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee (first order) and unopened-return terms as one-time purchases. See our Refund & Return Policy.
